When your business grow in such a way that you need more than one computer to have a shared concurrent access to your database or if you have multiple stores, an upgrade to F5Multi will be required.
F5Multi is suitable for carriers and mid-to-large size agents. F5Multi provides you with the ability to have multiple networked stores grouped into multiple sites. Each store can contain multiple stations connected to the database server via a local area network. F5Multi is a full-featured system that works with all the F5Solution available options. In particular, carrier options (like the Paging Switch Interface, the Web Agent/Account Interface and the Netpaging Interface) require either F5Multi or F5Enterprise servers.
F5Multi has no limits on the number of customer of pager records. To use F5Multi, however, you need to have license for your stores and stations. If your data grow huge (several tens of thousands of customers), It is recommended that you use a database server like Oracle or MS SQL. F5Multi is compatible with all major database servers.
